Mushroom Noodles Recipe: How To Make Mushroom Noodles At Home
Start by boiling noodles al dente, and keep them aside. Heat oil in a wok and saute chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Add spring onions and stir them till they turn translucent. Add the mushrooms and stir fry them till all the moisture is released. Now, add black pepper, soy sauce cooked noodles, salt and vinegar. Toss the noodles well. Remove the noodles from flame and garnish them with chopped spring onion greens, the mushroom noodles are ready!
